The Dealership Sales Executive is a 3-month field-based role responsible for building, enabling, and growing moPhones’ dealership network.
You will recruit and onboard new dealers, support day-to-day sales performance, ensure brand and service standards are met, and act as a trusted partner to dealership owners and team leads.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and being accountable for clear, measurable results.
Identify, recruit, and onboard dealerships that meet moPhones’ quality and performance thresholds
Train dealers on moPhones products, sales processes, pricing, and instalment options
Educate dealers on customer experience standards, warranties, and after-sales processes
Build strong relationships with dealer owners, managers, and sales leads
Support early sales activity and help dealers close their first deals successfully
Ensure correct merchandising, branding, and product presentation at dealer locations
Learn and consistently use moPhones sales tools, reporting systems, and internal processes
Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports
Gather early feedback from dealers and customers and share insights with internal teams
Drive consistent achievement of monthly sales targets across assigned dealerships
Support underperforming dealers with structured improvement and coaching plans
Roll out sales campaigns, promotions, and incentives at the dealership level
Act as the first point of escalation for dealer and customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Monitor dealer compliance with merchandising, branding, and service standards
Continuously identify and recruit high-potential new dealerships
Strengthen long-term dealer relationships to improve retention and performance
Share market, competitor, and customer insights to inform pricing, product, and process improvements
Contribute to scaling and refining the moPhones dealership sales model
Experience in sales, field sales, or sales support in FMCG, Retail or Microfinance
Experience working with retail partners, agents, or distributors is a strong advantage
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-first mindset with practical problem-solving ability
Comfortable working independently in the field and managing your own schedule
Able to take ownership and be accountable for results
Basic computer literacy and comfort using sales tracking tools
Willingness to travel frequently to dealer locations
Results-driven, proactive, and professional
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Performance is reviewed monthly and focuses on three core areas.
First, sales performance—you are expected to drive at least 80% achievement of sales targets across your assigned dealerships.
Second, pipeline activity—you are responsible for consistently generating and qualifying new dealership leads in line with monthly thresholds.
Third, compliance and reporting—all assigned dealerships must meet merchandising, branding, and presentation standards, with weekly reporting submitted on time.
Incentives are earned monthly based on KPI achievement and are paid with the following month’s salary. Overall incentive eligibility requires achieving at least 60% of the sales volume target.
